Andy Taylor

I have more than 11 years experience of working as a Farm Business Consultant for Promar International. Prior to this role I was the Agricultural Account Manager for a large UK bank. This combination of technical and financial expertise has been invaluable to my clients.

My main focus with clients is to improve business profitability by analysing the farms performance, both technically and financially. My ability to highlight key strengths and weaknesses of dairy businesses, and provide a practical action plan, is key to improving my clients’ business performance.

I work closely with Promar’s Dairy Management Academy where we teach young adults technical and financial skills, in a practical way, that can be applied to their own businesses.
