I thrive on helping my clients succeed.

I use my varied knowledge to help clients focus and get the job done with a consistent organised approach, and make it an “up-beat” experience.

I have worked as a consultant with Promar since 2007. As well as working directly with clients, I have managed Promar’s in-house training courses.

I keep up to date with relevant qualifications including FACTS and BASIS, and the DairyCo Mastitis Control plan. Recent work includes successful grant awards (over £1 million recently), increasing business profitability, diversification projects and farm investment planning

My drive and enthusiasm came from my mum who originated from a successful beef, sheep and hops farm.  I grew up in Worcestershire and first studied at Worcestershire Agricultural College.  I then obtained a degree in Agriculture and Animal Science from Harper Adams. I have a small family farming enterprise consisting of a dairy herd of Holsteins and Jerseys along with sales of home-reared meat from my Dexter herd.

In my spare time I love spending time with my three children, Joe who is studying Medicine at Liverpool University and young twins Florrie and George.
