Fuelled by a lifelong passion for environmental management, I switched from a career in communications to the sustainability sector in 2021. After honing my administrative skills at Genus from 2021 to 2022, I joined Promar’s sustainability team as a Project Coordinator in late 2022. Here, I use my research and communication skills to collaborate with clients across the public and private sectors.
In my work I focus on improving farm efficiency and creating strong and successful working relationships between farms and corporate organisations. I’m also involved in projects to improve air and water quality. I particularly enjoy organizing workshops, conferences, and farmer engagement initiatives with retailers and other commercial clients, sharing knowledge and fostering engagement with crucial sustainability issues.
To date, I’ve worked with clients including Severn Trent, Natural England, Pickstock, OSI, McDonalds, Defra (on the Future Farm Resilience Project), Thames Water, and Lidl.
Delivering projects on time, within budget, and exceeding expectations are core values that drive my work. When I’m not immersed in sustainability efforts, you’ll likely find me on days out with my children, cultivating my passion for gardening, or unwinding with a good book.
