As an Environmental Consultant, I am passionate about working closely with stakeholders in the agriculture sector to improve the transparency of information regarding sector emissions, opportunities for green growth, and staying ahead of the international movement towards environmental accountability. I believe there are a growing number of opportunities that not only prioritise the needs of sector stakeholders but can actively place the environment at the forefront of discussions.
Before coming to Promar in 2021, I worked in the Third Sector in Southeast Asia, monitoring and evaluating projects which aimed to increase the accessibility of adaptive agricultural practices in rural communities. During this time, I applied and built upon various frameworks which not only focused upon standard indicators, but encompassed key cross-cutting issues, such as conflict sensitivity within agrarian value chains, environmental gender vulnerabilities, and community ownership over innovative techniques.
I studied at the University of Sussex and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, and a Master’s of Science in Climate Change, Development, and Policy.
