I grew up on my grandparents small holding in Leicestershire and worked with horses after leaving school, but I soon realised that it was not going to be a long-term career, so at the age of 20 I retook my GCSE’s and then enrolled at Brooksby Agricultural College. I was lucky to be selected to go to New Zealand on a student exchange in my middle year, where I worked mainly on dairy farms, returning to my third year studying Farm Management.
I have worked in various accounting and bookkeeping roles including 6 years with the clothing retailer Next, a small Agri business, and a local Vet group.
My biggest passion is my dogs, I have 3 Working Cocker Spaniels, who I work on local shoots picking up and beating, I also enter Working Trials.
I am new to Promar, having only recently joined the company and I am looking forward to working with farmers and learning all about their farming businesses.
