I joined Promar International in May 2023 after stints with an environmental consultancy and a strategy consultancy. During those times, I worked with a variety of clients, from farmers and landowners to financial institutions and policy makers.
Working for different consultancies developed my data analysis and client management skills and gave me the experience to see not only the challenges that agriculture faces, but also the key strategies for how to respond to them.
My roles range from supporting individual farms to managing and delivering supply-chain contracts for both public and private sector clients. My focus includes climate-change mitigation and adaptation, soil health and sustainable agricultural practices. I graduated with Geography from Loughborough University and have studied at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. I live in Kirkby Lonsdale and when not working I enjoy playing cricket and hockey.
