Monika Ketelsen

I joined Promar International in 2021 as part of the team based in Germany. Having spent some time in Ireland and many years in the south of Germany, I am now settled between the North and the Baltic sea.

My expertise traditionally lies in livestock farming, with a bachelor’s degree in agriculture and experience working on dairy farms. Following the big milking crisis, however, I delved into the world of agricultural business and worked as a field trial technician for nearly ten years.

I was responsible for setting up trails in plant protection and assessing plant residue quality. I had various roles, including collecting data, making this data accessible and supporting my team. Now I have the opportunity to get back to the cows!

Beyond work, I have three kids and a husband, a dog, two cats, and several chickens. I enjoy being outside, especially by the water, and love sports.
