I have worked across several areas within agriculture during my 34 years since graduating from Harper Adams, building my knowledge and network, this ranges from building an outdoor pig unit through animal health and hygiene to pharmaceuticals. I have worked as part of teams and also managed sales teams delivering the required results.

I am driven to provide mutual beneficial solutions to whatever situation I am faced with, whether that be client focused or team focused.

Any business, or team, will only function successfully when the team are fully committed, knowledgeable, focused, happy and aligned. This is something I always focus on, to ensure that we all grow and achieve.

I am a people focused person and work hard to help coach and support team members to achieve what they are individually capable of and derive great satisfaction in this process.

I am focused with working with my team, and the wider Promar family, to deliver mutually positive outcomes for all stakeholders in what Promar delivers.
