Smart Dairy Research Project

WOULD YOU BE WILLING TO COMPLETE A SHORT ONLINE SURVEY FOR A DAIRY PROJECT?

Dairy production is regularly scrutinised for its contribution to total greenhouse gas emissions from agriculture. Given that global demand for dairy is projected to increase, there is an urgent need to identify ways of reducing emissions from this sector.

The Smart Dairy project in the UK, has been commissioned to gain a clearer understanding of the current use and acceptability of different ‘climate smart’ innovations that have potential to increase resource use efficiency whilst reducing both waste and carbon emissions.

This project is being carried out by a consortium, including the Universities of Sussex, Reading and Bristol. Promar International are supporting the project in a number of key areas.

We are keen to hear from UK farmers, through an online survey to get an accurate and representative view of the current level of adoption of these innovations  and the constraints to further adoption. We would like to invite you to take part in this survey.

We would greatly appreciate you taking 10 – 15 minutes to contribute to this important project. To access the survey, click the button below:
