Since graduating from Seale Hayne College of Agriculture, I have spent my career working within the agriculture sector. I have worked within Genus/Promar since 1990, initially as a consultant in South Wales then onto business development. During my time as a manager for Genus Milking Systems and overseeing the laboratory analysis service, I developed our diagnostics business. This specialises in supplying milk antibiotic test kits to dairy farmers, hauliers and processors.
Over the years I have witnessed many changes within dairy farming and the milk processing business, however what I am most inspired by is the individuals within the industry; their desire to improve and their passion for creating a successful dairy industry.
