I am currently enrolled on the Genus Graduate Scheme, having left SRUC with a Masters in Agricultural Professional Practice. My thesis focused on farm animal genetic resource conservation in the UK, asking how this contributes to sustainable livestock production. Alongside my studies I bring experience in animal health and fertility thanks to previous roles at a Cattle IVF business and as an RMS Technician. I am passionate about supporting the farming community, bridging the producer-consumer divide and learning all I can about food production systems.

I am a member of the Institute of Agricultural Management and an Associate Animal Technologist with the British Society of Animal Science. In my spare time, you will either find me at centre-midfield on a hockey pitch or being taken for a walk by our new black lab Ghillie.
